Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective due to transit.
  • We offer in-showroom exchanges for customers who wish to select a different model.

Transit Damage Claims

To qualify for a claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the item, preferably before signing or accepting delivery
  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the damaged item and packaging at the time of receipt
  • Claims submitted after delivery has been accepted without report will not be accepted
  • The item must not have been used, altered, or further damaged after delivery

 

In-Showroom Exchange

  • Exchanges are available at our showroom only
  • Items must be completely unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Worn, adjusted, or handled glasses are not eligible for exchange
  • All exchanges are subject to model availability
  • Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for confirmed transit-damaged items, after review of submitted evidence
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion

 

Non-Eligible Claims

The following are not covered under this policy:


  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Change of mind
  • Claims not reported immediately upon receipt
  • Worn or used glasses
